Sandbakken Borettslag is a housing cooperative located in Oslo. The housing association consists of several apartments owned by the members, who also have the right to participate in decision-making processes relating to common areas and operations. This gives the members the opportunity to influence both financial and practical matters in the housing association.
The housing association offers a varied living environment, with different apartment types that can meet different needs. Communal facilities and outdoor areas are often part of the housing association's offer, which can contribute to a social community among the residents. The Sandbakken housing association is part of a larger housing market in Oslo, where housing associations and condominiums form an important part of the housing offer.
