The organization works actively against age discrimination and ensures good working conditions for senior employees. In addition, they offer support to relatives and provide guidance in matters concerning seniors. Senior Norway also participates in hearings and political debates to influence both local and national authorities.
The organization offers membership benefits such as legal assistance and publishes the Senior Handbook, a resource with up-to-date information for seniors. They also organize member trips, such as trips to Spain, to promote community and activity among members.
