AGNI Maria Andersen offers holistic treatments that aim to balance body, mind and soul. The treatment includes a healing massage with a focus on energy flow, where classic massage is combined with Eastern-inspired techniques. In addition to massage, methods such as acupressure, lymphatic massage and Tui Na are used to release emotions and energy blockages. The treatments are carried out in a calm and meditative state, and emphasis is placed on psychosomatics and muscle armor.
Maria Andersen, who runs the business, specializes in stress-related challenges, both short-term and chronic. She also offers workshops to learn healing massage, as well as a set of exercises that can be done on your own, including breathing techniques, yoga and qigong. In addition, consultations can include tarot cards and numerology for a deeper understanding of situations, similar to a psychological consultation. Maria has an extensive education with a diploma from both Norway and abroad in several relevant areas.
