Krav Maga Academy Oslo is Norway's largest Krav Maga club and offers a range of training options in self-defence. The club focuses on realistic self-defense training and combines Krav Maga with elements from MMA, muay thai, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ). The training is adapted to different age groups, including adults, women, children and young people, with an emphasis on natural movements under stressful situations.
The academy has certified instructors with extensive experience, who ensure a high quality of teaching. In addition to the usual training, courses and seminars are arranged, as well as national training camps for those who want to develop their skills further. The club also offers free self-defense classes for women, and members have access to quality equipment at discounted prices.
