The Norwegian Business Sports Confederation aims to promote physical activity among employees in various companies, regardless of their starting point. The association offers a varied range of activities that includes both traditional sports such as bowling and volleyball, as well as more specialized activities such as bouldering and curling. The events are adapted to different age groups and levels, which makes it easy for both members and non-members to participate.
With over 50 different activities and hundreds of events, the association has attracted around 300,000 participants and almost 1,500 company sports teams. Emphasis is placed on community and joy through sport, and digital energy breaks are also offered to promote activity in the workplace. The climbing center has experienced instructors who contribute to a safe and educational experience for the participants. The association wants to create an active arena where colleagues, friends and families can gather and experience mastery together.
