Norsk Taiji Senter is Norway's oldest taiji school and is located in Oslo. The center offers teaching in Taijiquan, also known as Tai Chi, as well as Qigong, which is a form of Chinese meditation and movement. The teaching is adapted to both beginners and more experienced athletes, and focuses on strengthening the body, mind and balance.
The school holds an open house every Monday, where interested parties can come to learn more about the offers. In addition, member training and open push hands training are organized on Mondays and Tuesdays. The Norwegian Taiji Center also provides the opportunity to receive news and invitations to courses, which can be useful for those who want to keep up to date with the activities on offer.
