Sentrum Aikido is a club that offers training in Aikido, with a focus on both physical and mental development. The activities emphasize physical motor skills, strength and endurance, while it is also an important part of the training to promote mental presence, concentration and relaxation. The club has a pleasant and sociable environment, where members are encouraged to experience the joy of training and mastery.
The club offers a free trial class for new members, which gives an opportunity to get to know Aikido and the club's activities. Sentrum Aikido also has a sustainable approach to training, which reflects the club's values. In addition, they organize the Oslo Aikido Festival in 2025, and a visit by Jan Nevelius Shihan is planned in November 2023, which gives members the opportunity to learn from renowned instructors.
