Bashan Home Charity is a registered charity working to support disadvantaged children in Kenya, with a particular focus on children living with HIV. The organization aims to provide education to these children, and through their work they want to contribute to community building and support for local communities. The name "Bashan" is of Hebrew origin and means "to graze", which also has a historical connection to the fertility of Bashan of the Bible.
The organization offers the opportunity to sponsor a child, which can have a significant impact on the lives of those who receive support. Through inspiring stories from recipients of the aid, Bashan Home Charity highlights the positive changes that can happen when children have access to education and necessary resources. Bashan is registered in both Kenya and Norway, which underlines their international approach to charity work.
