Hold Norge Clean is a non-profit organization that works to combat littering through cooperation with volunteers, companies and municipalities. The organization organizes clean-up campaigns and national charities, and aims to engage local communities in environmental protection. Through these activities, they seek to make individuals and groups responsible in the work against littering.
In addition to practical clean-up campaigns, Hold Norge Rent offers a knowledge base for litter prevention. They document and share information about littering, and have an event overview for activities related to clean-up. The organization has also introduced gift card schemes to support clean-up work, which gives the opportunity for further involvement from the community.
