Lightup Norway is an international democratic youth organization that focuses on preventing human trafficking and sexual exploitation. The organization offers various workshops and learning resources for young people, as well as develops interactive resources to engage and inform. Through campaigns and projects, Lightup Norway works to raise awareness of these problems, and invites cooperation with schools and youth groups.
In addition to its preventive measures, Lightup Norway publishes a magazine containing articles and posts related to their work. The organization has also been recognized for its commitment, including by receiving an award from H.M. Queen Silvia of Sweden. Opportunities are offered for voluntary work, which gives young people the chance to contribute actively in the work against exploitation and for a better future.
