Oslo Tangoverksted (OTV) is a non-profit organization that functions as a gathering place for tango dancers in Oslo. The club offers an environment for both experienced dancers and beginners, and acts as a hub for tango dance schools. OTV organizes regular milonga evenings, where guest instructors from Argentina contribute their expertise and experience.
In addition to milonga evenings, OTV offers outdoor tango in the summer when the weather permits. The organization also has an annual tango ball with live music from the Tigertango orchestra, which provides a festive setting for the tango dance. Sunday practical is another activity that is organised, where participants can practice and socialize in an informal setting. OTV has recently moved to new premises at Majorstuen, which includes a changing room for the members.
