The Educational Equality Institute is a voluntary organization that focuses on education for girls and women in disadvantaged communities. The organization was founded in 2021 by Henrik Røine and aims to promote equality through education. TEEI offers free, high-quality educational programs that include language training, digital skills, entrepreneurship and mentoring.
In addition to its core programs, the institute works on specific measures to support Ukrainian refugees, and uses innovative AI-powered solutions to overcome barriers in education. TEEI collaborates with businesses, universities and other organizations to promote learning, career growth and social engagement. Through their work, they create real opportunities for individuals in disadvantaged situations.
