The Norwegian Atlantic Committee is a non-profit organization that works with topics related to international politics, particularly with a focus on Norwegian foreign, defense and security policy. The organization organizes seminars and courses to increase knowledge about transatlantic cooperation, as well as about Norway's role in NATO and European security.
One of the central activities is the annual Army Summit conference, which takes place in Oslo. In addition to conferences and seminars, the committee offers study tours and a Transatlantic forum, where current analyzes of international affairs are discussed. Through these activities, The Norwegian Atlantic Committee seeks to engage both professional communities and the general public in important questions about security and cooperation across the Atlantic Ocean.
