The welfare alliance eapn Norway is a non-governmental organization that works to promote an active and inclusive welfare society. The organization has a particular focus on user participation, with the aim of improving the services in NAV. By recruiting individuals to participate, they contribute to the trust reform in the welfare system.
In addition to its work with participation, the Welfare Alliance offers news and updates on current issues within welfare policy. The organization also engages in social debates, such as the 2025 parliamentary election, to strengthen efforts and knowledge-building in the welfare system. This makes them an important actor in discussions about welfare and social development.
