Myrsnipe kindergarten in Sandnes is a small and safe institution that emphasizes the well-being and development of the children. The kindergarten aims to create an environment characterized by respect, security and mastery. To meet different needs and interests, Myrsnipa offers several departments, including the Hakkespetveddelingen and the Måltrostavdelingen.
The kindergarten has a special focus on food and health as part of its focus area. To promote good cooperation between home and kindergarten, parent meetings are arranged that provide information and opportunities for involvement. Myrsnipa also has an action plan against bullying, and participates in the development-supporting kindergartens-USB program, which contributes to continuous improvement of the offer. Planning days for parents are also part of the kindergarten's structure, which provides an opportunity to plan and evaluate the work together.
