Ormaskogen kindergarten SA has a clear focus on developing social competence in children. The kindergarten builds its value base on the principles of Respect, Care, Interaction, Recognition and Humor (ROSAH). This forms the basis for an environment where children learn to interact and communicate in a positive way.
As a practice kindergarten for students from the kindergarten teacher education program, Ormaskogen contributes to the education of future educators. The kindergarten emphasizes continuous training and development of both employees and the organization as a whole. There is also a targeted effort to create a recognising and inclusive environment, where cooperation with parents and the local community is an important part of everyday life.
