Sandnes brygge AS is a property developer located in a historic building from 1938, designed by architect Gustav Helland. The building, which previously served as a warehouse, has two floors and offers office space on both the first and second floors. The first floor also houses a restaurant and a stage, which are now operated by Syd Vest Sandnes after Sandnes Brygge previously operated these themselves.
The premises are located at the very edge of the bay, which provides a fantastic fjord view and a unique atmosphere near the sea. Sandnes brygge AS houses three tenants who offer various services within restaurant management, marketing and architecture. There are also opportunities to arrange courses, conferences and other events, making the place an attractive destination for both businesses and private individuals. The building's location provides good opportunities to enjoy sunset experiences, and contributes to the development of Sandnes' history.
