Planet Cancer is an art studio in Sandnes that specializes in biologically inspired digital art. The studio is known for its 3D representations of cancer cells, where biomimicry is used to create visual parallels to microscope images. This provides a unique opportunity to explore and visualize complex cancer-related topics through artistic expression.
In addition to the digital artworks, Planet Cancer offers a special experience in a planetarium. This gives visitors an opportunity to experience the art in an atmosphere that highlights the scientific and aesthetic aspects of cancer research. There are currently no events planned, but the studio's focus on research and ideas within cancer-related topics makes it an interesting place for those who want to learn more about the subject.
