OPPBAKKEN offers coaching services with a focus on face-to-face interaction, and uses non-traditional meeting spaces such as hiking trails or along the fjord. The company specializes in mentoring, sparring and gestalt coaching, as well as organizational development with customized processes. OPPBAKKEN adapts its services to the needs of its clients, both metaphorically and geographically, and uses short informational films to present what they offer.
The company targets management teams, leaders and boards, and describes its services as a form of mental training that can help sharpen skills and awareness. OPPBAKKEN has experience from various roles as a salesperson, general manager and co-owner, and understands the challenges that can arise in personnel management, liquidity and decision-making. Through impartial sparring and consulting, they want to help clients get a larger overall picture of the situation they are facing.
