An apprenticeship as a plumber is an important role within the plumbing profession, where new graduates gain practical experience and training in various aspects of plumbing. The apprentice works under the supervision of experienced professionals, which provides an opportunity to learn about the installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems. This includes working with water and sewage systems, as well as heating and sanitary installations.
During the apprenticeship, participants gain insight into both the theoretical and practical skills necessary to carry out plumbing work safely and efficiently. The apprenticeship programme is part of the trades education system, and it is common for apprentices to participate in various projects to build their skills. This helps to ensure that they are well prepared for a career in plumbing.
