The training offices in Skien serve as an important resource for both apprentices and companies that want to offer apprenticeships. These offices aim to facilitate good cooperation between educational institutions and the business community, which contributes to strengthening the competence in the region.
Through various measures and programs, the training offices work to ensure that apprentices receive the necessary training and guidance they need to succeed in their chosen profession. At the same time, they offer support to companies that want to accept apprentices, and provide information about regulations and opportunities within vocational training.
The offices are part of a larger network of training offices in Norway, and they contribute to promoting vocational education and vocational competence in the local community. This work is essential to meet the needs of the labor market and to ensure a qualified workforce in the future.
