SPAR Borgestad is a grocery store that offers a varied selection of food and related products. The store has a focus on customer satisfaction and wants to provide good food experiences to its customers. To meet the needs of customers, they offer both physical and digital gift cards, as well as a digital complaint solution for Trumf customers.
Customers can also use the SPAR app, where it is possible to see discounted items and get access to recipes and current offers. Membership in Trumf provides additional benefits, which may be attractive to regular customers. SPAR Borgestad wants to be an inclusive store that is open to both old and new customers.
