Police in Telemark is a police station that provides information about police services and activities to citizens. The station organizes open days for the public, where people can learn more about police work and get involved in the local community. This helps to strengthen the ties between the police and the population.
In addition to information work, the station implements pan-European border control systems and carries out drone observations for security surveillance. The police station focuses on comprehensive and long-term development of the police, which includes handling different types of incidents, such as burglaries and traffic accidents. This allows them to adapt to changes in society and maintain a safer everyday life for citizens.
