Riding School Stall Lie Hvalen offers a riding school with a focus on the horse's premises, where riders have the opportunity to develop their skills in a safe and educational environment. With over 30 years of experience in horses, including galloping, trotting, show jumping and breeding, the school has built up a solid expertise. There are about 20 ponies and horses available for riders, who receive instruction tailored to the needs of each individual horse.
The school also arranges riding camps and courses for riders, and has an apprenticeship program for those who want to delve further into horse keeping and riding. In addition, Stall Lie Hvalen offers stabling of horses, and collaborates with Stald Grauff in Denmark for the sale of horses. The philosophy behind the teaching is to teach riders to handle each horse with patience, which promotes a respectful relationship between horse and rider.
