The Training Office Electrical Engineering - Telemark offers services within training, placement and recruitment specifically aimed at electrical engineering. The office aims to help apprentices find relevant internships, and actively works to match these with companies that need apprentices. This involves a thorough process where the office visits companies to uncover their needs and wishes.
In addition to placement of apprentices, the Training Office provides support to apprentices through advice and guidance. The office works on behalf of the county municipalities and places great emphasis on taking the apprentices' choices and wishes into account in the process. This helps to make the transition from school to practice easier, and ensures that both apprentices and companies get the best possible match.
