Newsman Nyhetscafe, also known as Arkivet, was established in 1990 as Norway's first news café. The place offers a varied selection of food and drinks, and is fully licensed. In addition to serving food and drinks, a quiz is held every other Thursday, which gives guests the opportunity to participate in a social activity.
The café also has a salary pilsner concept offered every day, and games are available for guests who want to entertain themselves. On the ground floor, you will find Arkivet Nattbar, which provides an alternative for those who want a different atmosphere. Newsman Nyhetscafe thus combines dining with entertainment in an informal setting.
