Dansehagen open kindergarten in Stavanger is an open kindergarten that targets children from 0 to 6 years old, together with their caregivers. The kindergarten emphasizes play, singing, dancing and socializing, and aims to create a good psychosocial environment for both children and adults. In order to maintain a safe environment, infection control regulations must be followed, and it is a requirement that all participants are healthy.
Registration is required for the first visit, and there is a notice board in the cafeteria that provides information to visitors. Dansehagen also offers tips for parents from the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs, as well as the opportunity to suggest songs and dances for the gathering. This provides an interactive and inclusive experience for everyone who participates.
