Lassamyra kindergarten is part of a network that includes four kindergartens, including Satelitten, Tjensås and Tjensvoll. The kindergarten aims to build community among children, parents and staff, and is actively working to develop a strategy for quality up to 2030. This includes interdisciplinary kindergarten teams that contribute to a varied and comprehensive offer for the children.
In addition to following the Kindergarten Act and the framework plan for content and tasks, Lassamyra kindergarten involves parents through a parents' association and a parents' committee. The kindergarten also has planning days and specific rules for holidays, which are designed to ensure a good balance between educational work and free time for both children and staff.
