Mariamarka kindergarten is an association of five kindergartens in Stavanger, which work together to create a safe and inclusive environment for children. The kindergarten has a vision that emphasizes safety as a foundation for friendship and courage, which is reflected in their pedagogical approach. The focus is on quality in the interaction with the children, and interdisciplinary teams have been established that contribute to a comprehensive offer.
In addition to the daily operations, Mariamarka kindergarten has planning days and specific holiday rules to ensure good organization of the kindergarten offer. The kindergarten has also developed a strategy for Stavanger kindergarten towards 2030, which aims to adapt to future needs and challenges. To keep parents and guardians informed, a newsletter is offered with updates on activities and other relevant content.
