Tastarustå kindergarten in Stavanger aims to develop children into "masters of their own lives". The kindergarten offers a varied menu for meals, which is adapted to the children's needs. It has several departments with names such as Lynx, Wolf, Eagle, Wolverine and Fox, which provide a structured and inspiring environment for the different age groups.
In addition to the daily program, the kindergarten organizes activities such as Nissemarsj, which contribute to community and joy among the children. Tastarustå kindergarten has an annual plan for the kindergarten year, which provides an overview of activities and focus areas. Cooperation with parents is also an important part of the operation, and this is done, among other things, through the Parents' Working Committee (FAU). The kindergarten encourages the use of e-invoices for payments, which simplifies administration for both parents and employees.
