Stavanger Freestyle Discoklubb offers a variety of dance activities with a focus on freestyle disco, show dance and training for children and young people. The club emphasizes well-being, sportsmanship and mastery, and aims to create an inclusive environment for all participants. Through high-intensity dance and acrobatic training, members work to improve flexibility, strength and endurance.
The club's trainers regularly attend first aid courses to ensure a safe and professional training experience. Stavanger Freestyle Discoklubb is located in Lervig and Hetlands Hallen, where they also offer free trial lessons for new members. This provides an opportunity to get to know the club's activities and environment before committing.
