Straen Gymnastics and Gymnastics Association offers a varied program in gymnastics and gymnastics for children and youth aged 1 to 15 years. The association has professional instructors who lead classes in rhythmic gymnastics, children's gymnastics, tumbling, as well as specialized classes for both beginners and advanced athletes. It also offers accommodations for children and youth with special needs, which means that everyone can participate regardless of their skill level.
For the youngest, from 2 to 6 years old, there are mini-gymnastics programs that are adapted to their developmental level. In addition, basic gymnastics with a focus on trampoline and airtrack is offered for students in 1st to 7th grade, as well as show gymnastics for the same age group. The association aims to create an inclusive and engaging environment for all members.
