The Norwegian Red Cross's main goal is to provide emergency relief and save lives in crises and conflicts. The organization works to support vulnerable people by providing food, health care and care. A significant portion of the income from donations, over 90%, goes directly to those who need it most, which underlines the organization's focus on efficient use of resources.
In addition to emergency relief, the Norwegian Red Cross offers first aid courses and self-preparedness services to strengthen the population's preparedness. The organization also has an online store where products can be purchased, and the proceeds go to humanitarian work. A digital gift card is available, and the proceeds from this contribute to health care for children affected by war. Volunteers are involved in various activities and offers, which is an important part of the organization's work.
