Eikeparken is a residential complex located near Vannassen in Stavanger. The project includes the development of 66 homes in the first phase, with a focus on sustainable solutions and aesthetically pleasing materials. The homes will have wood and aluminum facades, and an emphasis on green common areas that promote community among the residents. There will also be footpaths connecting the neighborhood, and large common areas and a guest dormitory are planned.
The area is located back from Marieroveien and Hillevågsveien, at the foot of Eikeberget, and offers good sunlight and views over Gandsfjorden towards Lifjell. The proximity to shops, bus routes and scenic areas such as Sørmarka makes Eikeparken an attractive choice for various target groups. Sales of the homes are already underway, with construction estimated to start in the first quarter of 2025.
