Jåtunbakken is a residential complex under development in the new residential area of Jåtun, located on the hillside above Hinna Park and Jåttåvågen train station. The project aims to create an inclusive neighborhood for all generations, with a varied housing offer that includes apartments, townhouses and detached houses. The construction of 31 apartments, 8 townhouses of 120 m² and 11 townhouses of 150 m², as well as 7 detached houses in a row with areas ranging from 176 to 181 m² is planned.
The residential complex will have a common area that promotes well-being and security, with meeting places such as a common house, seating areas and planters. There will also be areas designed for play and activities, as well as a guest dormitory. Jåtunbakken is designed to provide a good balance between outdoor and indoor environments, with all homes equipped with a balcony or terrace and good sunlight. Move-in is planned for 2026, and the project emphasizes opportunities for all stages of life, with proximity to both city life and scenic surroundings.
