Psychologist Ellen Hegreberg offers psychological services with a focus on coping, personal development and quality of life. The practice is aimed at both adults, adolescents and children, and addresses various issues related to mental health. Hegreberg has an approach that emphasizes that people can take control of their life circumstances, and treats problems as separate from the individual.
In her work, Hegreberg places great emphasis on creating trust and good contact with clients. She offers psychological consultations and individual therapy, and has specialized in consultation and therapy for children and adolescents. Through conversations, she explores issues together with the client, with the goal of reducing or eliminating problems.
