UKM Rogaland is a cultural service that focuses on promoting young talents in the arts and culture in the region. The organization gives young people a platform to showcase their creative skills, whether it is music, dance, theater, visual arts or other cultural expressions. UKM stands for Ung Kultur Møtes, and the events are open to participants aged 13 to 20.
Through various activities and events, such as festivals and workshops, participants have the opportunity to develop their skills and make connections with other young artists. UKM Rogaland collaborates with local cultural actors and schools to create an inclusive environment where young people can explore and express themselves creatively. The organization is part of a national network that works to strengthen young people's participation in cultural life.
