The Bysykkelen charging station in Stavanger offers electric city bikes for rent in Rogaland. The service is available through the Kolumbus Billett app, which allows users to find available bikes and charging stations via a map function. For HjemJobbHjem users, use is free for one hour, which can be an advantage for commuters.
Users must register their phone number and payment card to be able to rent the bikes. After the first quarter of an hour of free use, there will be charges per minute. It is also possible to temporarily lock the bike, which gives users flexibility during the rental period.
