MO-Ung is a reception and follow-up center that targets young people aged 15-25 with substance abuse problems. The center offers support and guidance to young adults who also have concurrent mental health problems. In addition to individual follow-up, the service also includes support for the young people's families, which contributes to a holistic approach to the problem.
The activities at MO-Ung take place in its own premises, where training and physical activity are facilitated. The center offers training with elastic bands as a gentle method, as well as various training options for both young people and their relatives. The goal is to help young people return to training and activity, which can be an important part of the rehabilitation process.
