The Stavanger Employment Training Centre offers employment training for people who have been unemployed for a long time. The centre aims to help participants find jobs and provides guidance in their professional lives. The emphasis is on individual adaptation of training and support, so that each participant receives a tailor-made experience that meets their specific needs.
The centre collaborates with local employers to provide internships, which gives participants the opportunity to gain practical experience in the workplace. Through various initiatives, the Employment Training Centre contributes to increased coping skills and self-confidence among participants, and facilitates people with varying backgrounds and needs.
