Sjarmtrollan Idrettslag is a grassroots club in Tromsø that is run entirely on volunteer efforts. No members receive a salary or fee for their work, which ensures that all value creation goes back into the club's sports activities. The club aims to promote futsal, and has a strong focus on building lasting relationships through local sports cooperation. This includes both men and women in its activities, and the club has a goal of achieving league gold in the coming season.
The club is engaged in both local and national profiling, and actively participates in various sports events. Sjarmtrollan IL has a sustainable approach to operations, with an emphasis on healthy finances, well-being, cooperation, activity and development. Through its strong community and buddy team spirit, the club seeks to prove that it is possible to achieve high goals in sports from Northern Norway.
