Tromsø Gymnastics Association is an organization that offers training opportunities in gymnastics and gymnastics for different age groups. The association focuses on promoting physical activity and the joy of gymnastics, and has a varied program that includes specialized training such as adult gymnastics. In addition to the regular training, they arrange courses, such as a circuit judge course in rhythmic gymnastics, to develop the competence of both athletes and instructors.
The organization is also active in creating community through various events such as the spring show and the Christmas show, where athletes have the opportunity to show off their skills. Volunteer work is an important part of the community, and a solidarity fund has been established to support athletes who need financial help. In addition, Tromsø Gymnastics Association offers rental of premises for meetings and parties, which helps to strengthen ties in the local community.
