The Cathedral Church in Tromsø offers a varied program of church services and various activities for parishioners and the local community. The church organizes concerts and church festivals, which provide opportunities for cultural participation and community.
In addition to church services, the church offers ceremonies such as baptisms, confirmations, weddings and funerals. This makes the Cathedral a central place for major life events for the residents. The church is also involved in the local community, and there is an opportunity to become a conductor for the church choir, which can help strengthen the musical community.
