Austadkvartalet ANS is a corporate campus located in central Tromsø, consisting of three 5-storey commercial buildings and a smaller wooden building. The buildings are located at Killengreens gate and Sjøgata 6, and form a combined block that contributes to an attractive location for commercial premises and office activities. The modern architecture and design give the area a contemporary feel.
The proximity to Den Blå Parken provides a green lung in the urban environment, and the area is well accessible by public transport. Buses and airport buses pass right outside, and Prostneset harbour terminal, which offers express boats, Hurtigruten and district buses, is only a four-minute walk away. This makes Austadkvartalet a convenient location for both employees and visitors.
