Aurora Tour is a sightseeing agency specializing in Northern Lights hunting in Tromsø, a city known as the "Gateway to the Arctic". The company offers 5-7 hour tours with small groups, which contributes to a more personal experience and reduces mass tourism. Local guides share both facts and myths about the Northern Lights, giving participants a deeper understanding of this natural phenomenon.
In addition to Northern Lights hunting, Aurora Tour offers opportunities to learn how to photograph the Northern Lights, as well as camping by a campfire with hot food and drinks. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available. To ensure comfort during the tours, participants can rent thermal clothing and racks. The company also offers other activities such as dog sledding and cross-country skiing, giving visitors a varied experience of the Arctic nature.
