Anders Finjord Coaching offers coaching services to a diverse group of people from different walks of life. The services are aimed at individuals who are facing important choices, have reached a rock bottom and need support, or want to maximize their potential. The coaching process can be adapted to the individual's needs, regardless of life situation.
The coach also acts as a listening party, who can assist in sorting thoughts and feelings during demanding periods. Through conversations and guidance, clients can be helped to develop a plan for the future or find clarity in challenging situations. This provides an opportunity for personal growth and development.
