Trondheim Hudlegesenter is a specialist clinic that offers dermatological consultations on referral from a doctor. The clinic has a high patient volume, which can result in waiting times for treatment. To meet patients' needs, they facilitate easy communication and accessibility.
Patients have the option of ordering prescriptions online, as well as canceling or changing appointments via the website. The clinic uses Health Response for appointment booking and messages, which provides flexible and efficient communication between the patients and the healthcare personnel.
