Nidaros Rowing Club is a sports club that focuses on touring and recreational rowing on the Nidelva and Trondheimsfjorden. The club actively participates in rowing both nationally and internationally, and has a varied offer with several types of boats, including single and double trimarans as well as inboarders. A rowing school is also offered for beginners, which gives new members the opportunity to learn the sport in a safe environment.
The club has a good collaboration with Trondhjems Kayak Club and Pingvin sports diving club, and it is common for rowers from other clubs to visit. Nidaros Rowing Club emphasizes both the sporting and social community, which contributes to an inclusive environment for members. The club's facilities include docks and boat storage space at Skansen and in Elvegaten, as well as club rooms at Skansen.
