Esoterico - International Meditation School is an educational institution that focuses on inner development and life mastery. The school offers a varied program of meditation days in both Snåsa and Trondheim, as well as private lessons that can be conducted both face to face and via telephone. In addition, lectures, courses and workshops are arranged that cover various aspects of meditation.
The center also offers corporate yoga and mindfulness programs, adapted to the needs of different groups. One of the special programs is "The Path to Nirvana", led by Christian Johnsen. Esoterico emphasizes self-care and meditation wisdom, with the goal of helping people to thrive and develop into their true selves.
