Midt-Norge Sør Bedriftsidrettskrets aims to promote physical activity and health among companies in the region. They offer a range of activities that are adapted to different interests and skill levels. Among their services is the 100-day challenge, which is designed to help participants get in shape for the Norwegian Ski Championships. In addition, inspiring running technique courses are arranged that aim to improve the participants' running experiences.
The circle also offers an outdoor football series, which provides opportunities for both competition and socializing. For those who want flexibility, there are offers of digital training, as well as group training that promotes social activity. Membership in Bedriftsidrett is available, and a Cageball series is planned in Steinkjer for the 2025/2026 season. This gives participants the opportunity to engage in a varied and active sports environment.
